Messy Farmer Collective offers handcrafted, small-batch skincare products, including tallow-based balms, herbal sugar scrubs, herbal salt scrubs, and herbal bath salts.

Our products are made using thoughtfully selected ingredients, including beef tallow, castoroil, coconut oil, beeswax, herbs, herb-infused oils, salts, sugars, and essential oils.

Because our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and consistency may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

2. Skincare Use & Safety

Our skincare products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

• Always review the ingredient list before use.

• Perform a patch test before using a new product.

• Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.

• Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas.

• Do not apply to open wounds or broken skin unless the product is specifically labeled and approved for that purpose.

Tallow-based balms may soften or melt in warmer temperatures and become firmer in cooler conditions. These changes are normal and do not necessarily affect product quality.

5. Orders & Pricing

All product prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Messy Farmer Collective reserves the right to update product pricing, descriptions, availability, and offerings without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Any payments collected for canceled orders will be refunded.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All skincare sales are final.

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preferences, or ordering mistakes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All products are carefully packaged before shipment.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
